Sales Manager/Director (permanent, Annual $120000-150000, Tuas)
A leading precision engineering company which specializes in turnkey manufacturing services for the Semiconductor Equipment industry
Job Responsibilities :
- Responsible for overall sales team direction and meeting company’s overall sales targets
- Build and maintaining client relations and develop innovative and tailored sales strategies
- Proactively pursue new sales opportunities in the Semiconductor industry
- Lead and oversee sales team to achieve Meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets
- Respond to customers’ inquiries, follow-up and provide viable solutions
- Analyse market and competitor’ trends to engage the clients more deeply
Job Requirements :
- 5-10 years of sales experience in semiconductor industry with solid track record
- Prior experience in managing regional sales team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, independent and proactive
- Good interpersonal skills and leadership
- Company transport provided
