Channel Sales Program Manager APJ & WW ($10k, 5 days, Cityhall)
• 12 months contract position (renewable)
Responsible for the implementation, execution and on-going management of many of the GTM global channel programs. The position will assist in reviewing program effectiveness and recommending changes and improvements for optimal program effectiveness.
– Responsible for internal and external program inquiries pertaining to channel program
Such as: partner rebate, payment, incentive inquiries
– Work closely with the Global Program and Incentive team as an extension of the team for the APAC region
– To support GTM programs and liaise with APAC team
– To support incentive and MDF management process
– Responsible for backend rebate administration
– Review claims and determine resolution
– Create and track existing POs to expedite claims process
– Create detailed analysis of effectiveness of downstream channel sales programs via ecosystem from partners
– Minimum Degree holder with at least 5 years experience in IT channel sales/program
– Proficient MS Excel & SFDC
– Strong understanding of channel MDF programs and process
– 50% work with WW team in US (base on US timezone)/50% with local APAC team
