Compensation and Benefit Analyst (5 days, Buona Vista, $3000-4000)
An established supply chain MNC company is currently looking for an experienced analyst to develop and support compensation and benefit system.
Job Responsibilities:-
- Ensure alignment of compensation systems to general conditions on the labor market as well as on legal regulations
- Involve in annual salary computation including rewards, benefits and company bonus systems
- Support managers in compensation packages review process and ways to motivate employees
- Development and design of compensation packages and policies aligned with the organization’s strategy
- Manage and administer regular audits and tax related matters
Job Requirements:-
- Possess a recognized Diploma / Degree in business administration or management
- Practical experience in compensations and benefits analysis and development including participating in salary market surveys
- Experience in Good analytical skills and, at best, experience with quantitative data collection
- Work location: Buona Vista
- 5 days’ work week (Mon to Fri 8:30 am to 5:30 pm)
- Salary: S$3000-4000 per month
