Contract Regional HR Officer ($5000-6000, Cityhall, 5 days)
This candidate will be hired to be the Regional HR Officer to support China, Hong Kong and Taiwan, responsibilities will be mainly focus on staff welfare, onboarding/offboarding processes.
Responsibilities
• To handle payroll/workdays transaction, employee file management and other HR processes such as onboarding and offboarding
• To support employees pertaining to the HR related matters via ServiceNow
• Maintain and enhance the friendly working environment
• Work closely with the HRBPs for the salary review cycle, performance monitoring
• Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation
• To liaise and work closely with the HR team in various countries/external service provider
• Ad-hoc assignments assigned by the management in APAC region
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR generalist function in MNC environment
• Experience and good knowledge of local labour law at least 2 countries mentioned above
• Experience in project management will be highly preferred
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and a strong desire to learn and succeed
• Location: Suntec City
• Salary range: $5000-6000
• Contract period: 12 months under agency’s payroll
• 5 days work week
