Customer Service Executive ($2800-3200, 5 days, Shift, Tampines)

This candidate will be hired for a luxury brand retailer under customer service team (10 pax) to provide high level customer services and achieve customer satisfaction.

Job scope:

  • To attend to customer’s general /professional enquiries via incoming phone calls and emails
  • Provide professional advises to customers over the phone and email
  • Advise customers and share information with the latest product catalogue
  • Maintain customer relationship via emails and phone calls
  • Preparation of reports
  • Ad-hoc assignments assigned by the manager

Job requirements:

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level with at least 3 years of call centre/retail/customer service experience
  • Knowledge in luxury goods will be an added advantage
  • Working hours: 10am – 9pm (2 shifts) 5 days (Mondays – Sundays)
  • Location: Tampines
  • Salary range: $2800-3200
