This candidate will be hired for a luxury brand retailer under customer service team (10 pax) to provide high level customer services and achieve customer satisfaction.
- To attend to customer’s general /professional enquiries via incoming phone calls and emails
- Provide professional advises to customers over the phone and email
- Advise customers and share information with the latest product catalogue
- Maintain customer relationship via emails and phone calls
- Preparation of reports
- Ad-hoc assignments assigned by the manager
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level with at least 3 years of call centre/retail/customer service experience
- Knowledge in luxury goods will be an added advantage
- Working hours: 10am – 9pm (2 shifts) 5 days (Mondays – Sundays)
- Location: Tampines
- Salary range: $2800-3200
