IT Sales Administrator ($2800 -4K, 5days 9 to 6, CBD area, 1 year renewable contract, Agency Payroll)

To provide sales support to sales team of cloud computing infrastructure solution provider.

Job Duties:

  • To co-ordinate sales activities and perform administrative work
  • Review PO’s prior to submission to Sales Ops
  • Maintain sales records and update customer records
  • Work closely with sales team to ensure smooth order processing and fulfilling of orders.
  • Compile weekly pipelines/forecast from Salesforce (SFDC) update and (manual) approval process required in SFDC
  • Administrators take on a variety of tasks to support sales representatives;
  • Handle incoming calls from local and overseas clients’ enquiries via phone and emails;
  • Prepares evaluation request documents during the sales process, gathers leads and send email to client;
  • Generate bookings/shipments/backlog and ad-hoc reports

Job Requirements:-

  • Diploma or degree holders in information technology related studies;
  • With minimum 3 year of working experience in sales administrative or customer service using SFDC;
  • Able to work independently as well as good team player;
  • Highly committed to sales and customer service with good interpersonal skills, initiative and follow-through.
