Project Sales Assistant ($2500-$3000, alternate 5.5days, Farrer Park)
Reports to the head of the Fire Protection and Clean Waste Water Handling Section
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow existing sales accounts
- Support project team with project management and coordination, inspection and site issues
- Identify, understand and propose suitable solutions to meet customer’s needs, requirements, complaints and technical issues
- Attend to sales enquiries
- Monitor and submit relevant reports on the progress of the projects
- Liaise with and or attending meetings with consultants, suppliers, customers and other relevant stakeholders as and when required
- Attend quality control of projects and handover issues
- Handling administrative work and documentation
- Ad-hoc tasks assigned by management
Requirements:
- Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or other relevant engineering field with 1-2 years’ experience in related field
- Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- High degree of initiative, target driven and customer-centric
- Possess class 3 driving license

- Working hours:
Mon – Fri : 8.30 am to 5.30 pm
Sat : 8.30 am to 12.30 pm (alternate)
